Bonfire Night?

I walked into Rochdale Town Centre for a haircut and then home again. Today - 5 November - is traditionally Guy Fawkes Day, when people light bonfires and let off fireworks. There seemed to be little of that this evening. Instead, people have been indulging in their pyrotechnic celebration, of a 414 year old failed plot to blow-up Parliament, on various evenings over the last couple of weeks.

Still, at least the air was mostly clear, as the extra photo shows.
