Alice's repair work from yesterday coming under rigorous testing.

It's been a lovely day swimming, sauna and an extended coffee stop afterwards to celebrate a friend's birthday.

Martin and I had a health check then indulged in a cooked breakfast at a favourite cafe. (We both had good results for heart health, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, diet and dementia)
