Empty Nest Syndrome?

The landlord of Beak House appears to be looking for new tenants for their des res with lakeside views by the 4th green. Given that I've only once seen a solitary duck occupying the place, I think this new sign may be there for a while.

We enjoyed our normal sociable round with the usual mix of highs and lows.

Spent a fair bit of the afternoon at the travel agents, considering an exciting trip for next year.
