Oh what an exciting Friday night!

I love these books! They look exciting, don't they?

I think I have recovered today. I almost ate all my breakfast, and almost ate all my lunch, and even ate some chocolate! I went for a 4 mile run and only felt a little bit sick afterwards, and I ate all my tea!

There was even time for some work.
