This very out of character blip was voted for by Pete and Alex who are both sci-fi fans. I'm sure they'd have written a much better story based on this image!

A very early start (5.30am) was followed by a return trip to Huntingdon, hours of report writing and a trip to Peterborough to deliver accounts and sort out financial matters.

This image was snatched on my way through the town centre and shows the Bridge Street improvements which mostly seem to consist of relaying uneven paving, which has suffered from the repeated contraction and expansion of our clay soils.

I was planning to go to our wildlife group talk in the evening, but after collecting Alex from the station I was overwhelmed with exhaustion and never made it. Sorry Chris!
