Tuesday: Familiar Scene

Well, it wouldn’t be a trip back to London without the Eye........

It felt like a fairly long overnight flight, mainly because I didn’t get too much sleep.  I dozed a little here and there so that’s something.

I’m staying in a different hotel this time and it is infinitely better.  I’m a bit annoyed that I haven’t stayed here before but it’s one to bear in mind.   I had a bit of a turnaround and then went to meet up with my friend, Andrew.  He’s an MP so we had great views from the terrace at the House of Commons.  He was packing up tonight as he’s now heading off to campaign now.

We still managed to have a great evening over dinner and drinks.
