Umpqua Bridge at Reedsport, Oregon

The Umpqua bridge at Reedsport, Oregon has a swing span section for taller boats to pass beyond the bridge. I’m assuming that the controls for swinging this section are accessed in the little house-like structure high up in the bridge.
