The first of two banana loaves I made this morning to use up over-ripe bananas. The cold weather these days definitely has its influences and baking a bit more is one of them. I used to bake quite a lot in the freezing Budapest winters, but not so much here with the milder climate. Homemade tomato soup for lunch today too! While I was busying myself in the kitchen and Alastair was upstairs preparing the facade for painting, Bb was re-jigging the front room a bit to fit in our new record player. Watch this space!
