Keeping Going

I do so like the colour contrasts of these 2 Salvia's flowering in my yard.

Chatting with Roland-the-Fish this morning about fish bones, he said : "anytime. I don't understand why the English don't use them ?."  My guess is we've lost the huge satisfaction of great food. Recently he gave me a great bag of Halibut bones that made several pots of stock. I've used one lot for a fish curry : it was splendid.  I'll make more.
