Seldom used, as those who know me would know. 

Gritty, yes but not sure if it is Film Noir. Blinds and their broken light are featured a great deal in Film Noir images. What's missing for me is the distressed heroine or hero glancing out looking for the villains. 

As I have been stuck in doors waiting for a number of deliveries today, I have had far too much time to work on the post editing...
