Chips With Everything

Some otherwise great games come with frustrating 'money' that's difficult to handle or to quickly do transactions with.  One of our regular gamers invested in a set of poker chips to replace this fiddly money in whatever game we were playing and having played games with his set a few times it really does make a difference.

Thus, I acquired a set for ourselves which arrived this morning.  These sets are designed to come with other poker things like a couple of packs of cards, dice,  and so on.  I was pleasantly surprised to find a supplier open to swapping these bits for more chips instead.

It shouldn't be the case but it's always a nice surprise to find great service in a supplier.

In other news, the old car park has been recycled on paths around the garden and a large wobbly heap of 11 tons of chippings has arrived.
