Crocks and Tins and Tweets!

I spent much of the day with my dad which led to some frustration over changes to part of his eye test. What had been something the optician could do is now part of a specialist eye clinic responsibility at the hospital. It's a shame this information doesn't reach the patient! I now have to contact his GP for a referral to this eye clinic just for this part of the test. 

I can't see how anymore money ploughed into the NHS will account for such poor administrative management. As I will never find out who's responsibility it is to inform us of this change.

We had a late lunch at the Emma Bridgewater factory cafe, but I really didn't have the opportunity to take any photos.
