A Photographers Pose

This morning I went to SeniorNet, and it was such a good morning.  Firstly we did a 'Kahoot' Quiz, and I was lucky enough to get 3rd prize, which was a lovely box of chocolates!  

Today's topic was 'About Health', we learned about the reliable websites to look up on the computer.  They then told us about the problem with blue light, and the ways we can compat it.  E.g. buying blue light blocking glasses, also no screens after 8 p.m. at night.  We can also change the colour of our screens on the Iphone by looking under display or brightness.

Then we had a session of excercises.  All upper body, chin, shoulder, neck, chest and wrist   We were then told about St John Medical Alert, and how it won't be long before Wanaka has no more copper wires.

We all need to take a break from our computers, and they showed us various apps to download as a reminder.

On the way home I was hoping to photograph someone amongst the lupins, so when this lady turned up in a red jacket, I was thrilled.  I especially like her pose!

Off now to collect little 'h' from school and take her to swimming.
