Your Carriage Awaits

Today we took a water taxi from Kaiteriteri up to Torrent Bay and walked along the Abel Tasman Track to Medlands beach on Bark Bay.  We caught the next boat up to the end of the route at Totaranui and then back to Kaiteriteri as a cruise.

My blip shows the boat collecting us at Medlands, but the whole day has been a wonderful experience from being dropped of at Torrent Bay in a small boat, wading ashore and then the walk which included the Falls River Bridge to being collected and then seeing fur seals, gannets and some fabulous scenery.  More on Flickr once Lightroom has caught up with synchronising.
