Spent too long on the phone to KLM tonight, Holly doing well with a complaint. We booked flights including baggage, and the confirmation has come in sans baggage.
Nothing they can do, they say. The price we’ve paid is the rate excluding baggage regardless of what we saw on screen. We can complain after we’ve taken the flights (next May) if we want. With no other option, we paid for baggage after Holly got a discounted rate.
