Rain again.Fletch got a good walk, then we left him at home to snooze while we went to the Swan to meet up with John for lunch and a good chat. Normally I dont eat much at lunch time but something came over me and I had fish and chips ..which was huge but I enjoyed it.
The Swan is quite adventurous in its decor.. huge patterned wallpaper in contrasting colours , lots of flowery designs made to clash against each other.  The wallpaper in the ladies loo is quite discordant so it seemed an obvious choice for abstract Thursday, and I helped it along by overlapping 2 photos.

Back home early enough to take Fletch out. A parcel arrived .. another reflective coat , which was a surprise as I'd asked for a refund . At least this fit .. not as well as the one I bought a few days ago, but it will do when he doesn't need the warmer weight coat. It does reflect car lights really well and its going to be dark on our late afternoon walks for a few months so it will get well used 

Back home form our walk and I felt unwell... bad indigestion..that's what happens when you eat a huge  fish in batter plus chips and mushy peas!
Thank goodness for ginger tea..which eased it.
