Edinburgh - the land where dreams come true

Tonight I was reminising about the BEST birthday EVER!
My 16th included an over night stay at the Apex hotel on the Grassmarket, Edinburgh avec my best friend. There we enjoyed retail therapy til our feet bled, chocolate in every meal for two days straight, and an evening filled with side-splitting stand up - provided of course by the One, the Only...

Front row seats at his festive fringe show. Alan even asked me my name!
After the show we waited back a bit and accosted my idol for an autograph...
He remembered my name! And complimented me on my 'woo-ing'... ;)

Seeing Alan Davies on the Graham Norton show [BBC 1] reinstated a happiness i never knew belonged inside of me. He's such a perfect being! AND... A NEW JONATHAN CREEK IN EASTER!


I only hope i can learn to contain the emotions i feel when I see that mans face :3 <3
