Blowing in the Wind

Another hot day, with one report saying it was 28c and it sure felt like it. We have had lots of sun and there is a strong nor-west wind blowing now.

After acupuncture I had to do some shopping.. I could barely get around.

I am not sure what this flower is. When I was away in the UK John removed a lovely plant that was growing in a pot and replaced it with this one. He never did like the other one! I aksed him what is was but he didn't know.
