Snail mimicry

Day 1 of our Bali holiday and we're just lazing around in the villa, getting used to the warmth and easy living. We have an airconditioned bedroom hut and an open air living (covered and with fan) and completely open air bathroom (sunbathing in the bath is possible ! ). Topped off with a private swimming pool with just the right water temperature , purely through the sun's warmth. I noticed the snail while I was swimming, isn't nature resourceful, this snail's shell pattern mimics the structure and pattern in the leaves and maybe even the structure of the flowers of the Heliconia psittacorum (parrot's beak, parakeet flower, parrot's flower, parrot's plantain, false bird-of-paradise).
