En trend

Tapioca drinks are all the rage here with pop up shops appearing almost on a weekly basis. Not one to miss out on a trend, here’s my tapioca matcha tea with soy milk! Surprisingly good!

I learnt later that there is a tapioca shortage and some companies are using konjac instead!
