Getting My Cardio On!
While I'm excited that I've started the new year with eating much healthier and working out, I also know from personal experience that I can easily get bored. I've been reading health magazines to find new ways to make my workouts more fun! By changing my workouts every so often, I'm pushing and challenging myself and less likely to get bored and quit. What things do you do to stay motivated with your workouts?
