A Change of Plans

I was due to meet up for lunch with my favourite four ex work colleagues today. But plans had to change at the last minute as three had to drop out for different but necessary reasons. Diane and I were the survivors. We decided to do with a phone chat for today and an reschedule in the New Year . So Jack and I went out and did all our food shopping. We now have a free weekend to finalise our various home improvement plans.
