Upheaval......!!!

New kitchen and living room floor going down today but look at what was found in the living area behind the sofa....
Yes a leak in the waste pipe away from the sink and dishwasher...!!
Already had damaged the floor that was coming up so it looks like it was lucky we decided to replace this floor at this time..!!
Has been fixed hopefully and will take about a week to dry out before the floor can be complete...
Always something..!!!
