The Fish

Got my PIP form in today, enough to set me off in a bad mood, God knows where in the house I have the old paperwork for comparing to update.

Went for a walk along a bit of the River Almond & River Forth. There was an owl hissing at a magpie in the trees just above the weir & a grey heron fishing at the weir.

There were the usual quacks from the ducks, didn't see the swans but the tide was out so they might have been further out feeding.

Walk along to The Fish by Ronald Rae & back up to the bus. As I was walking back along the sand I could hear the geese & some more were coming in to land to join them feeding on the sandbanks before resting overnight.
