Waiting For Santa's Arrival.

Alexandra was working today.  So, Peter and I took the girls to see Santa's arrival at Helensvale.

We had to fit it in before Isabella's swimming class.

The parade was a lot smaller this year than previous years.  And they held it in a different area.  Still, the girls enjoyed it.

They then had a doughnut, before we went into the play area.  The band was playing in there and there were a lot of things going on.  But after a quick play we had to leave.

Thankfully the weather had cooled a lot for today, back to 28c.

There is a lot of smoke about as there are bush fires at Beechmont.  But nothing like the devastation going on in NSW and the Sunshine Coast.

150 homes lost, 2 dead and 5 missing.  And it isn't over yet.
