Abstract Thursday - Spiral

I hosted Canasta today. I played Scrabble first with one of the card players until the other two arrived at lunch time. I made a hare in pepper sauce with potato dumplings. For dessert I made 2 types of frozen yoghurt - lychee which was delicious but a tad too sweet and chestnut which would have been better as ice cream as the yoghurt overpowered the subtle chestnut flavour. I have been experimenting with frozen yoghurt flavours as it is so much easier and quicker to make and a bit healthier. I will definitely make the lychee again with less sugar.
