Changed Days Indeed
The sober/vegetarian/endurance sport version of me has now moved on to trialling this - 2 bananas, 2 oranges, blueberries, oats, flax seed oil, hemp protein powder and water.
Happy to report it tastes surprisingly good. Although after a 9 mile run having forgotten my water bottle, suspect I'd have drunk anything
