Belen en vivo - Jimera de Libar

The Spanish holiday "El Puente" fell on a weekend in December. So Monica had a rare Saturday off. Where should we go? I found a nice, easy walk from Benoaján to Jimar de Libar. By coincidence, Fabi had listed a few places that we holding events that weekend. It was the annual gastronomy feria in Benoaján, and an open air nativity play in Jimera de Libar.

So we stood in the main plaza in Jimera de Libar and watched the locals put on a show. It's great that the small pueblos in Andalucia come together and create fiestas. This one is well worth a visit.
