Well, I did give the spider......

.....notice of eviction!  Then I cleaned the kitchen windows to the front.....you could hardly see out of them....and then I finally removed this!  It's been there a long time (see my blip of about 17 August)!  I just wanted to see what would happen, it was by the front door which is not used very often and was doing no-one any harm.  When I moved the stones there it was!  Quite a large spider, most put out.  Bet it's started again already!  

Wet, wet and more wet again today with a tiny bit of sun around midday.  Gather it's going to be better tomorrow.  Am making a pizza for supper tonight so must away and pummel some dough!
