Chilling at the beach

After a fabulous morning at parkrun I had the great idea of allowing little Herbert to choose what we should do for the afternoon.... he chose to go to the beach and play in the sea!
I wasn’t convinced it was a good plan but actually, now I’ve finally warmed up, I’m really glad I went in for a swim. It’s very refreshing even at 12.5 degrees!
