Minimalism

I had a number of options today, but I went for a lie-in and a bit more DIY before going for an afternoon walk. By this time it was pretty dull and there wasn't a great deal to see. I did catch sight of a smallish flock of Fieldfare and, unusually for the area, a Tree Creeper, but by and large there was not a lot to see. One of the pleasures of this mostly cheerless time of year is the beautiful skeletons of plants long since gone over.
