No place like gnome

46 days until Christmas. Winter scenes are appearing in shops throughout the land. Not sure about these guys; they sure ain’t elves but maybe they’ve just crashed the party or want to help on the wooden toy production line.

We spent a lot of money upgrading the conservatory today. Storage, cushions, mirrors, candles. Looking much warmer and more colourful. I love having a cosy house particularly at this time of year. We are very lucky to have so much and I am thankful for it.
