Sauna evening, lake water 0c

Run some errands today after a bad night knee-painful sleep.

Me, my husband and daughter together in common sauna of Veittijärvi in the evening. I felt so much better after the sauna and cold water swimming. No pain left in my knees. I kept standing in the cold water as long as I could, not even 30seconds extra time.

Lovely fog all day.
But it somehow I am not too fascinated about it. Does not give inspiration. So I blipped the sauna tree
