New spring leaves glowing in a spot of late afternoon light - with the addition of sunbeams from an editing programme.

This blip glows with fire when seen in large!

Gentle rain fell for part of the day - just a pity it wasn’t all day as we need more than this quantity before summer. For the moment, my garden is smiling and much happier!




Thank you so much for the lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s ‘purple velvet’. The rich colour is almost black unless highlighted by light, and even then it is still a glorious colour.
