What's the Story?

I guess I will not find out, as the front of the tombstone has Cyrillic script on the front of it. Ukrainian, I suppose.

Popped out to the cemetery for a breather after finishing a very difficult jigsaw. Didn't want dark to fall on me without breathing fresh air first.

The Poles, Latvians, Ukrainians and other Slavic peoples tend to be buried in the newer part of the cemetery. They had lived this area since the last me of the second world war, and were known to be good workers.
