Elaine's Apples, Pam's Idea

Pam made a delicious tarte tatin when we visited on Thursday. As we really enjoyed it and had quite a lot of Elaine's delicious apples what better way to use them than to copy Pam's idea. I think I may have made it a bit too juicy but I can already tell it is going to be really yummy!
