Roasted Pumpkin

I made Pumpkin Soup, but this was for Pumpkin Butter.
So busy with gardening, then soup making ready for Dinner & roasting the other half for the Pumpkin Butter.
I made 4 jars of the Pumpkin Butter, hope family & friends like it.
