Ian

Ian’s funeral today. Still hard to process.  The service was lovely: warm, moving, sad but also funny. Literally hundreds and hundreds of people there.

This photo was taken at the Ataturk Stadium, Istanbul. It’s a few minutes after the final penalty save, as Liverpool won the Champions League. I’m the idiot at the front, Ian just behind. One of the best days of our lives. It’s how I will always remember him.
