Working from home today. 

The morning started bright and dry but, by midday, grey clouds and rain had appeared.

The lunchtime Ocado delivery was a bit short in the plaice department (my fault for not checking the weights) so I nipped into M&S in Halifax and ended up with some sole instead and an extra 5,000 steps.

Unless I go for a run, I always struggle to hit my step target when I'm at home.

I'm cooking pan-fried flatfish with lemon, parsley and capers for dinner tonight.

The extra is my poppy which I placed on top of the computer screen at home this morning,
