The Royal Crescent, Bath

A bright day with a biting wind for my trip into Bath this afternoon, to meet up with my book group friends. En route, I stopped off at The Royal Crescent, a) to grab a blip, and b) to get my breath back after climbing a steep hill!

Our latest read was ‘The Red Thread’ by Dawn Farnham, a Chinese tale of love and fate in 1830s Singapore. Having been to Singapore, I enjoyed the book, but I’m reluctant to recommend it as the others in the group had very mixed opinions, but then it is Monday...
