Unusual Bedfellows

We have walked the narrow streets of Arcos de la Frontera today, covering nearly 8 ½ kilometres. I shall suffer for it tomorrow.

Many of the streets are too narrow for cars, as I discovered while trying to find parking. Fortunately I was able to follow a Police car through the labyrinth and escape the Minotaur's lair. With wing mirrors folded in!

At the highest point is the inevitable church. By this one was a man with a row of owls and birds of prey perched on a rod, good as gold. On the ground a funny little dog and his best friend - a meerkat!

Who would have thought it?
