I'm a Chimney Sweep and I'm okay.

Alf pointed out that Poppy has been blipped a lot more than he has recently so...

I dug out my macro rings and shoved the camera in his eye. Manual focus, very little light, very annoying. I might wait until proper sunshine and try this outside next time.

After a quick trip to town I've been chopping firewood and sweeping the chimney. We did not do it when we moved in last year, and it seems that it had not been done for many years before that as there was a massive amount of soot (and the odd feather). The fire was not drawing very well, hopefully it'll be better now.

So chopping wood then sweeping the chimney... I'm sure you can guess the songs I've been humming all day ;)
