ARAN is an artisan bakery in Dunkeld,. Based in what was a derelict 200-year-old building the opening of the bakery  in October 2017 brought a new dimension to the town. Over the years it had been  a lemonade factory, dental surgery and newsagent's. Now, lovingly restored  by its owner, none other than Flora of Bake-0ff fame, it has created a top quality outlet for not only wonderful cakes and bread, but also light snacks. Ingredients are sourced locally if possible, and it supports small not-for-profit initiatives where applicable.
