An hour out

So Our lovely daughter was allowed out for an hour with me in charge!
She wanted to get her nails done!! We then headed back in time for her dinner.. Have to say Im absolutely wrung out, exhausted and trying to get through this full on course and work. Hope I can start running again soon now doing run 30sec walk 30 sec since putting my back out! We are wondering if we will get to Krakow on 22nd will make a decision by beginning next week.
