Snow on the hills

Incredibly, a wetsuitless swimmer was battling the surf this afternoon. She told me that she swims in the sea all the year round and had been doing so long before sea swimming became the latest craze. She took one look at me and suggested I might not find it to my liking. “You need to build up to winter swimming.” T who was with me heartily concurred! Busy day of final preparations for tomorrow’s long-haul work trip.
