Barbican reflections (and a leaf)

Another really beautiful morning - took a quick detour from the highwalk to take a few photos of the reflections on the Barbican lake this morning.

The weather got worse later on though - I walked over to the Co-Op with Char at lunch (for her to post some parcels) and it was cold rainy and a bit grim!  Nice to have Char back after she was off sick yesterday though.

Today would have been my Mum and Dad's 53rd wedding anniversary.  My sister bought her a couple of big bunches of flowers from all of us, and she was very pleased with them.  Spoke to her on the way home this evening - she's sounding pretty chipper, and has her friend coming to stay later this week :)
