~Hello from Fredrick~

Fredrick saying hello to his blip fans.... 
Got my lab results back today. My cholesterol (LDL) has increased even more so they are doubling my simvastin and my thyroid is to high so yet another adjustment there.
This evening the girls came over. Emilie is going to tutor Lexi and Auri in math. It's sweet seeing sisters teach each other.
~Happy birthday to my Dad in heaven he would be 99 years old today.~
