Frustrating letter

I received a letter today with the ominous warning - do not ignore this is not a circular!

What was it?

Not good news unfortunately but a parking fine for overstaying my welcome at a retail park. I will be appealing as three hours is not a long time when shopping with my daughter. I had to copy my receipts to prove that I had been shopping and was not a commuter using the car park illegally! Watch this space !
