A BAD DAY....

.... as most are aware our issue at present in parts of New South Wales and Queensland are really bad bushfires being swept by severe winds gusting in such a way the Fire Fighters sometimes have not known which way to head off the fire. As soon as they set up in one direction the wind is changing and sending the front off in another direction.... not good at all. They have saved hundreds of homes though and today especially it seems were able to setup and as soon as a spot fire started they had it out.

My Blip is late this arvo looking toward the Mountains and showing how thick the smoke is and we are hundreds of miles away from the worst.

Hoping for the predicted Southerly change to at least cool things down for the Fire Fighters.

Have a look in LARGE and as this now a Back Blip the change did come through and blew all the smoke and haze away, and dropped the temperatures.
