How do you like your eggs?

Popped round to see my mum today, and borrowed her egg timer - I'd been meaning to try and photograph it for a while, and the new lightbox gave me an opportunity to have a go. I found it surprisingly difficult when you've only got about 30 seconds or so to setup each shot before the green 'sand' runs out - macro photography is not normally something I think of as a speed discipline!
